We currently make about 100-200 cases of each wine, which is all sold directly from our winery. The portfolio includes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Blend, Syrah, Merlot, Zinfandel, Rosé of Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and a sweet Muscat. 

All of our wine is produced in our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Napa. The smaller tanks and equipment that are required to work in the confined space of the city work perfectly for our program.

Elaine St. Clair's 30 year career in winemaking began in sparkling wine and pinot noir. She developed her signature winemaking style through the delicate handling required in making sparkling wine, and crafting fine pinot noirs. 

Our Coombsville estate vineyard is just 15 minutes from our winery in the city of Napa. Having strong relationships with several independent growers throughout the Napa Valley also allows us to farm a wide variety of small, high-quality vineyards lots; sometimes as small as two rows. Each of these lots is aged and finished separately in our cellar allowing it to develop its own unique character.

Prior to harvest, we hand select our French oak barrels by the cooper, forest, and toast level to best complement the flavor of each individual vineyard lot.

These painstaking steps provide the building blocks of our wine program. Once the lots are ready, we carefully blend them together to create wines with exceptional structural balance and layers of complex flavors.
